$85.00Pertinace’s winemaker Cesare Barbero and owner of Marcarini Cru vineyard Aldo Vola will be on hand to discuss the wines and vineyards of Pertinace. Executive Chef Anthony Calabrese will prepare an exceptional five course meal to pair with wines from Barolo, Piedmonte, and Northern Italy. Seating is limited and this event will sell out quickly.
