Cantoro Market & Trattoria invites you to a five-course wine dinner featuring volcanic wines from Italy and Guest Speaker Salvatore Galati from Winebow Group. 
Galati, raised in southern Italy where grape growing and winemaking is part of the culture, uses his knowledge of both agriculture and the service industry to provide keen insight into food and wine pairings. Enjoy thoughtfully prepared dishes by Cantoro Trattoria’s Executive Chef Anthony Calabrese, alongside uniquely paired wines for a special evening in our Cantina.
